I (Litsa) received this little magnet from LeBonheur’s Children Hospital in Memphis, TN—a hospital that takes exceptional CARE of our children! This little ‘health tip’ is a journal activity waiting to transpire in our household—-my little six year old will love to discuss (TALK….nonstop chatter…) what each tip means in relation to her DAY! The 85210 talk can take place around your kitchen table too. Here’s the breakdown:
- 8 hours or more of sleep each night
- 5 or more fruits & vegetables
- 2 hours or less of screen time (No screen time under the age of 2)
- 1 hour or more of physical activity
- 0 sugary drinks, more water & low fat milk
