Lunchtime can be intimidating—you want to eat healthy, you only have a little bit of time or you’re craving sweet but know you should choose more than a snickers bar and a soda—but that leaves you with what!?! Here is a quick, healthy & super filling and delicious lunch idea that takes only a few minutes to prepare & it’ll soothe a sweet craving too!
This recipe uses the powdered PB2 peanut butter I introduced you to earlier this week!
- 2 tbsp PB2 powder (mix with 1-2 tbsp of water to form peanut butter)
- 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 1 apple, cut into thin slices
- Cinnamon
- Whole wheat wrap
- On a whole wheat wrap spread peanut butter liberally all the way to the edges, sprinkle with chopped almonds, layer with apple slices & season with cinnamon as desired---roll up!
- Serve & enjoy!
Dip in honey for a little more fun & sweetness!
