Beef brisket

Beef brisket is a tougher cut of meat that is meant to be slow cooked. Most of the time a brisket is either smoked or braised for several hours to gain tenderness. I made this braised beef brisket recipe over the weekend and it resulted in a tender, fall apart type meat. It was flavorful and both my hubby and Mr. B said it would be great as a BBQ beef sandwich!

Braised beefThis is a really easy recipe! Just make the marinade, dump it over the beef, cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
