Bomb Pop Ice Pop Party #BombPop

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Bomb Pop. I received product samples, a party kit, and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

It has been blazing hot here on the east coast. My boys and the neighbor children LOVE to play outdoors. During this hot weather, most outdoor play sessions end in enjoying an ice pop. You gotta beat the heat some how!

Bomb Pop asked me to host a party and try out the different flavors of Bomb Pops. My boys were so excited to have their friends over to enjoy ice pops! They talked about it for several days leading up to the party date.

Since Bomb Pop is an official sponsor of Little League Baseball and Softball, we had a baseball themed Bomb Pop party. The boys help me setup the prizes – Bomb Pop themed baseballs and key-chains along with free product coupons for Bomb Pops!

The kids enjoyed playing several rounds of Bomb Pop bean bag toss. It was a baseball themed bean bag toss with the holes decreasing in size with the bases. It was actually a very difficult task to get the bean bag through the holes!

There were only two home runs, one double and three singles the whole game. No matter how hard of a challenge, the kids still had a blast.

After the bean bag toss it was time to break out the ice pops! We had four varieties to choose from: Bomb Pop the Original, Bomb Pop the Original Sugar Free, Sower Wower and Hawaiian Punch. Of course non of the kids wanted the sugar free version (they will have them later when they don’t know!). However, the other three varieties were a big hit!

Don’t tell the other parents, but I let them each have TWO Bomb Pop ice pops! Hey, it was a super hot day! Plus they wanted to try a different flavor!

Sower Wower with Grape, Green Apple and Blue Raspberry was the favorite for the kids. I enjoyed the Hawaiian Punch with Fruit Juicy Red, Orange Ocean and Green Berry Rush.
