I just wanted to give you all an update on the post from last week about the missing catalinas at checkout. I received an email from Catalina Marketing yesterday that they are mailing me my $13 in catalinas that didn’t print! I never had to submit my receipt; they were able to find the error from the information I submitted on the form. I submitted my transaction date and number and they were able to retrieve it.
If you ever have a problem with an on your next order catalina printing, make sure to fill out the form at Catalina Consumer Support online.
