File it Friday

During the week I come across a lot of articles and blog posts that I think are worth reading. Or I come across a new recipe I want to try or a craft idea. Most of the time I don’t have time to read the whole article or follow through with making the the item at that moment. The ideas are just “filed” away for another day.

I thought it would be fun to share some of the ideas and articles I come across so you can file them for later. Plus this will give me a way to “file” the links to articles I want to read more about later!

This weeks File it Friday ideas:

Ham, Swiss & Asparagus Crepes: I have never attempted to make crepes at home. Looking at this picture and recipe, I soooo want to try it!

Doll Dress Pattern: If you love to sew, this is an easy pattern for an American Girl Doll Dress. Make some dresses for the little girl’s on your Christmas list- so much cheaper than buying them!

Fruit Spritzers: This is a very easy recipe for a fruity summer drink. This recipe is great to use if you have leftover fruit salad!

Make Clear Ice: If you want clear ice cubes, follow these instructions! For me it really doesn’t matter. However, if you add fruit, herbs or other things to the ice cubes it would be cool to have clear ones!

Fixing Scratched DVD: There are mixed reviews in the comments of this article. But I think it’s worth a try if the DVD or CD doesn’t work anyways!

I would love for all of you to share your File it Friday finds! Did you come across a post this week that is worth sharing? A recipe, a craft, parenting tip or another good article? Feel free to share the link in the comment box below.
