Work Week Menu Plan: Cooking up a Storm

I actually did some cooking this weekend! Saturday I made Fruit & Yogurt muffins with peaches I canned last summer. They came out great! I also made homemade macaroni & cheese with a secret ingredient (pumpkin puree!)- recipe coming later this week! If you are new to Menu Planning, check out my tips on creating a menu plan.

Saffron Rice & Chicken Sausage

Monday- Shredded Beef Tacos, Quesadilla’s for boys (Use leftover roast from Sunday)

Tuesday- BLT’s and Spinach Tortellini Soup (make with Kale from our garden)

Wednesday- Buffalo Chicken Wraps and Crispy Scallion Potato Pancakes

ThursdayItalian Chicken Sausage & Saffron Rice Recipe

Friday– On vacation!
