If you have a train fan in your house, save the date! May 12th is National Train Day. There are many events going on Nationwide in order to celebrate. Head on over to the National Train Day website to search for events by state.
Big events will be taking place in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago and Los Angeles. There will be free live entertainment and activities at these Amtrak locations.
If you are traveling this summer, consider taking the train! We traveled on Amtrak a couple of times last year and it was a great experience. It’s cheaper than flying and less stressful than driving!
