Work Week Menu Plan: Busy Bees

We have been super busy, as usual! Actually when are we not busy? We spent a good deal of time working in the garden yesterday planting onions, broccoli, kohlrabi, carrots, peas, green beans, lettuce and spinach. Thus, I didn’t spend anytime in the kitchen cooking! The weather is unbelievably warm for March- going on the second week straight of 70 to 80 degrees. Who wants to cook when the weather is perfect?

Monday- Corned Beef Sandwiches, cole slaw (leftover from Sunday)

Tuesday- Pizza (Baseball practice night so a quick meal!)

Wednesday- Shrimp in Wine Sauce and Broccoli

Thursday– Turkey Burgers, Orzo Pilaf

FridayPolenta Taco Bake
