Wow, it’s been several days since I have written about the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge! The days are flying by! With how busy my week has been I was lucky to sneak in one workout session. I also worked in the vegetable garden which is sort of a workout- right?! I hope to get into a better exercise routine this coming week.
My new healthy eating habits have become a routine now. I don’t have to even think about when or what to eat anymore. My portion sizes are much smaller and I am not starving! Since it was Mr. B’s birthday, I have “cheated” a little bit. I couldn’t deny the birthday cake. It was a small piece and I couldn’t eat all of the frosting. Since I really haven’t had sugar in over two weeks, the frosting was sickeningly sweet.
So I have one week left of the 24 Day Challenge but I can tell you now, I won’t stop there! I plan to continue healthy eating habits, the Spark Energy Drink and a few of the AdvoCare supplements. I hope to get that exercise routine down too!
If you missed the beginning of my challenge make sure you read my AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge journal.

I LOVE Advocare products!!! I did the challenge back in September and lost the remainder of the baby weight, and several inches, from my two kids. It’s awesome! I’m on day 7 of my second cleanse, which you really should do every 3 months. Spark is my go to source of energy…and it works especially well on an empty stomach. I actually signed up to be a distributor so I could get my products at a discount. :-)
So glad to see you blogging about doing the challenge. Good for you! Did you weigh and measure before you started?
Hi Amy,
So goof to here from another person who loves AdvoCare! I did weigh and measure myself before I started the challenge. My 24th day is Friday! I did signup to be a distributor too. Thanks for the info on the cleanse every 3 months. Have a great night!
A friend of mine, who got me started with Spark and eventually signed me up as a distributor, measured me. I lost 7 pounds and 11 3/8 inches total over the course of the 24 days. He measured 11 places: right arm, shoulders, waist, true waist, right thigh, right calf, left arm, chest, hips, left thigh, and left calf. I lost 3 more pounds to hit my target weight after the 24 days were up. It was SO AWESOME to finally get over the slump and achieve my weight loss goal. I haven’t been this little since high school/college!! :)
