24 Day Challenge: Day 7 + Pedometer App

I am one whole week into my AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge! I am so thrilled with how I feel! Although I am eating less, I don’t feel hungry all day. My body has adjusted to smaller, healthier portions. And those of you who are curious, it is not a starvation diet!

My menu today:

Breakfast: Whole Grain Oatmeal with Dried Cranberries (no sugar)
Snack: Larabar
Lunch: 3 oz. Chicken Breast, 1/3 cup Quinoa with Vegetables, Small Spinach Salad
Snack: NONE! I wasn’t hungry at all.
Dinner: Green Salad with Chicken Breast

I probably will have a piece of fruit in a bit as an evening snack. It has been very easy for me to stick to the “diet” and I really think AdvoCare has made all of the difference. I am still on the cleanse phase with Spark Energy Drink and probiotics in the morning, Omega-3 tabs morning and night and herbal cleanse tabs at night. I also have been taking the Catalyst amino acid supplement three times a day to help with muscle tone.

I try to speed walk during my lunch break on days that I don’t exercise before work. I found a FREE Pedometer app for my iPhone that is pretty cool! It has a GPS so you can map out your route. There are so many features on this app that I have not explored them all. It keeps track of steps, distance, calories, time, speed and more. I found this app really helpful since I had no clue how far I was walking previously.
