Watermelon Avocado FEta

I was at Trader Joe’s the other day and they had an unusual salad for their daily tasting. Three of my favorite foods paired together- and I never would have thought of this on my own! The best part, it is super easy to make!

Watermelon, Avocado & Feta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • ¼ Seedless Watermelon, chunks
  • 1 Avocado, chunks
  • ⅓ Cup Feta Cheese, cubes
  • 5 Mint Leaves, chopped
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix gently and serve!
