I have another juicing recipe for you! This one is courtesy of Omega Blenders & Juicers. I love my Omega Juicer– make sure you read about why I recommend a masticating style juicer. This recipe is loaded in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C and also an excellent source of calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, sodium and iron.
- 1 Apple
- 2 Beets (you can use beet greens too!)
- 3 Large Carrots (tops removed)
- 1 Piece Ginger (peel removed)
- 4 cups Spinach / Kale
- Wash all produce.
- Process through juicer and serve!
