Super Juice

I have another juicing recipe for you! This one is courtesy of Omega Blenders & Juicers. I love my Omega Juicer– make sure you read about why I recommend a masticating style juicer. This recipe is loaded in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C and also an excellent source of calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, sodium and iron.

Ingredients
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Beets (you can use beet greens too!)
  • 3 Large Carrots (tops removed)
  • 1 Piece Ginger (peel removed)
  • 4 cups Spinach / Kale
Instructions
  1. Wash all produce.
  2. Process through juicer and serve!
Notes
* Ginger is strong! I suggest adding a small amount first and adjust to your taste.
