I have been using Amazon more and more lately. For one thing it is super convenient. I also have Amazon Prime so I don’t have to worry about paying for shipping. In the last couple of months I have had two instances where items didn’t arrive correctly.Even though it was an inconvenience to have errors, I was so impressed about Amazon customer service that I had to tell you all about it!
The first time, I ordered containers for the boys lunchbox and only two arrived instead of the indicated four. I got online with Amazon customer service chat and within minutes, the problem was resolved. Instead of sending the item back, I decided to take a partial credit on my account.
The second instance I had ordered Frontline Spray for my dogs. The bottle was leaking when I opened the package and got all over everything. Due to being a hazardous material, I was unable to return it to Amazon. I again got on online chat with an Amazon representative. She immediately said they would ship me another bottle and I could keep the leaking bottle. This was a $55 product and I was sent a new bottle without question!
If you order from Amazon and have a problem with your order, make sure you contact customer service. In my experience, they have been very eager to help solve the issues.
