When hosting parties at my house I love to make one item in my Crock Pot. It not only frees up the oven, but it also means I can start preparing way in advance. For an appetizer I made meatballs. I was just going to serve them as meatballs when hubby came up with a great idea!
Mini Meatball Sliders
Ingredients
Frozen Meatballs (Or Homemade Meatballs)
Marinara Sauce
Dinner Rolls
Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Place the frozen meatballs in a slow cooker. Poor marinara sauce over top. Cook on high for 3.5 hours.
Place two meatballs on each roll. Add cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese.

These sound great for a dinner when you have some time in the afternoon to set up, but will be rushed once dinnertime comes around.
