Lean & Green Juice Recipe

Are you getting your daily greens? If you need a green boost, try this juicing recipe. This is a great juice to drink after your workout or for an afternoon pick-me-up! This recipe made enough juice for two pint sized canning jars.

Lean & Green Juice Recipe

Ingredients
  • One bag of 50% baby spinach/50% bay lettuces (Spring Mix)
  • Two more handfuls of spinach
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 4-5 Carrots
  • 1 little knob of ginger
  • 2 slices of pineapple
Instructions
  1. Wash all produce and chop into large pieces that will fit in your juicer.
  2. Juice all produce.
  3. Serve over ice if you prefer a chilled juice.
Notes
* Ginger can add spice. Use ginger according to your taste preferences.
