During the week I come across a lot of articles and blog posts that I think are worth reading. Or I come across a new recipe I want to try or a craft idea. Most of the time I don’t have time to read the whole article or follow through with making the the item at that moment. The ideas are just “filed” away for another day.
I thought it would be fun to share some of the ideas and articles I come across so you can file them for later. Plus this will give me a way to “file” the links to articles I want to read more about later!
This weeks File it Friday ideas:
Jute Covered Vase: This is an easy way to make a glass vase look new! You can find glass vases and jute at the Dollar Tree for a very inexpensive craft.
Homemade Cream of Chicken Soup: I had no clue how easy and inexpensive cream of chicken soup was! I am going to give this recipe a try, plus you can make cream of anything soup with the basic recipe!
Homemade Fruit Snacks: I stopped buying fruit snacks for my boys lunches a few years ago. Of course they love them and are very excited when they get them as an after sports game snack. I am glad to have this recipe to try to make healthy fruit snacks!
Homemade Chocolate Syrup: I had no idea how easy it is to make chocolate syrup! My kids LOVE chocolate milk but they rarely get it since store bought chocolate syrup is expensive. This would also make a great gift!
DIY Leaf Bowl Craft: A little mod podge and some fake leaves can be made into this beautiful bowl!
I would love for all of you to share your File it Friday finds! Did you come across a post this week that is worth sharing? A recipe, a craft, parenting tip or another good article? Feel free to share the link in the comment box below.
