This past week, my daughter and I (Litsa) walked into the local primary school! A grin spread across her face as she saw reindeer down the hall! They were delightful little children’s faces with hand print painted antlers and red pom-pom noses! They definitely made you want to shout with GLEE…………and re-create your own!
Materials
camera
printer
red paint and/or pom-pom
brown craft paper or scrapbook paper
(you can also use paint grade white paper)
brown paint
scissors
glue and/or tape
First, paint your child’s hands brown and press them into your paper. Allow them to dry thoroughly as you snap their face(s) and upload those pictures! Print your pictures out and cut accordingly to attach antlers on their head. Glue on a pom pom nose and/or finish off their reindeer face with Rudolph red paint! Date it on back and/or the front for easy reference. This is an activity you may want to take time to recreate each year to see how your little reindeer(s) has/have changed each season!
Don’t forget to make your reindeer food!
