Here is an easy bean dip that is packed with protein and fiber! Serve with your favorite vegetables for a filling snack. Another idea is to use this bean dip on a wrap or as a sandwich spread!
Bean Avocado Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can drained red kidney beans
- ½ cup Greek Fage Yogurt 2%
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ cup diced avocado
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with vegetables or use as a sandwich spread.
