A few weeks ago I shared with you my love for juicing. I had a request for juice recipes so I thought I would try to share some with you. This recipe is one that I made for my boys. When I make my juice I use a lot of green vegetables and my boys prefer a sweeter juice. Over time I plan to slowly introduce more greens into their juice and cut back on the fruits. If you are new to juicing and not so sure about all of the greens, give this sweeter juice a try.
- 2 Apples
- 3 Carrots
- Bunch of Spinach
- 1 Pear
- Wash all fruits and vegetables.
- Cut the apple, carrot and pear into chunks. No need to remove the peal or the core from the apples and pear.
- Run all produce through a juicer.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
