If you need an immune system boost, here is a juicing recipe for you! Apple, carrot and celery juice is high in Vitamin A and C and potassium. This juice is on the sweeter side so it is another good juice recipe for children. If you don’t like the taste of celery, you might want to cut back on the number of celery stalks you use. I don’t care for raw celery, but I didn’t mind the flavor in this juice at all.
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 5 Carrots
- 1 Large Apple
- Wash and chop all ingredients. Place in a masticating juicer and juice.
- This recipe made 2 cups of juice for me.
- Drink immediately or refrigerate.
I used a masticating juicer for this recipe. Find out more about juicing in my post- the benefits of juicing. If you like this recipe, you will want to try Apple, Carrot and Spinach Juice.
