Here we are in the 4th and final week of Share Your Love for Cereal. I know that I have learned a lot about the benefits of eating cereal for breakfast. The thing that has surprised me the most was that cereal eaters tend to have healthier body weights. That´s true of men, women and children who choose sweetened cereals.
- Teen girls who eat cereal are less likely to become overweight than non cereal eaters.
- Boys´ cereal consumption is associated with lower body mass index (BMI).

We are already cereal lovers, so no the info. doesn’t affect us much.
Already follow you on facebook!
This info is going to make me feed more cereal to my family!
I have two daughters. They both (usually) eat a good breakfast of cereal, waffles, or oatmeal, so it doesnt really change the way I think of breakfast. I’ve always stressed the importance to them of having a good breakfast to start the day.
Thanks!
