Today I wanted to wish a Happy Birthday to my oldest son Capt. M. It is truly amazing how fast time goes by. It seems like just yesterday we were clueless new parents (thank goodness my mom was here to help!).
Today we celebrate Capt. M and how he has grown. He is a sweet and sensitive boy although tough at the same time. He is strong and naturally athletic like his daddy. His gymnastics coach has bumped him up to the 6-9 year old boy group due to his outstanding strength and balance.
Capt. M is determined, head strong and a thinker. He doesn’t require a lot of sleep– much to our dismay. But I really believe his mind is just too busy thinking to sleep! Capt. M recently started Kindergarten. We were worried because he is shy when faced with new people and situations. He has handled kindergarten quite well and never looked back when he boarded the bus.
We are so excited for the adventures ahead and watching Capt. M grow into a little man!
