As you all know, I love Kroger! For the next two weeks Kroger is holding a Cart Buster event. I have already listed many of the participating items on the Kroger Deals page and the Kroger Unadvertised Deals page. This is a great time to stock-up on products from Proctor & Gamble and General Mills.
The other day I posted my shopping trip to Kroger. My favorite deals were the Bounty Paper Towels and the Charmin Toilet Paper. I don’t use a whole lot of paper towels since we use cloth napkins and towels. However, there are certain messes that are best controlled with paper so it can go directly in the trash. The Bounty worked out to be roughly $0.50 a roll which is a good stockup price. If you missed the results of my shopping trip, you can check it out HERE.

I got excited about the Cart Buster event when our favorite cashier suggested that if we loaded the $3/1 Charmon e-coupon on our card they would be super cheap. The cashier even offered to go get a pack for us and ran all the way back with it. I even used a .25¢ off coupon that doubled AND stacked with the $3 e-coupon!!! Thanks for the contest!!!

I was definitely excited Bounty and Charmin you don’t ever find a $3.00 e-coupon. According to the hateful manager at my Kroger you’ll get into some serious hot water stacking e-coupons with manufacture coupons. He wasn’t able to provide me a “official store coupon policy” either. I don’t ever think he knows what he is talking about!!! I am reading Couponmom’s book and on page 76 — 1/2 down the page this is what the book says, ” Depending on the store and the particular e-coupon site, you may be able to stack electronic & paper coupons for the same item. A $1 newspaper coupon combined with a $1 e-coupon doubles your savings.” So I’m confused! What a WONDERFUL GIVEAWAY!

We were most excited about the Bounty paper towels as we go through a bunch of them each month. (Both at home, and in my classroom. Kids, as much as I love them, are messy… LOL!) I loved the fact that we had a $1.00 off paper coupon and Kroger took it on top of the digital one! Made it $2.99!

Follow via email. I loved the charmin deal!!! Loaded all my ecoupons including the on from cellfire (.50 for me) I got the charmin and a candy bar (to get my subtotal up above $3) and then used one of my daytona $3 OYNO I still had. Total out of pocket .22. Even the cashier was impressed!!!
I also follow on facebook! Basically did same deal again with the bounty. After ecoupon, paper coupon and daytona OYNO. And added a candy bar to this one too. Total .72.
