If you are having a Super Bowl Party this weekend it is time to start thinking about your menu! Before you plan your menu, make sure to check your pantry and freezer for ingredients. Try to plan according to what you have on hand to save you money. The other trick is to plan your menu according to what is on sale this week!
Pesto Cheese Bites
Basil Pesto
Mozzarella Cheese
Cream Cheese
Baguette
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the baguette into rounds. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each round. Top with pesto and mozzarella cheese. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts. (Sorry for no picture- they were gone too fast!)
Dill Dip
1 Cup Sour Cream
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Buea Monde Seasoning (Spice Island)
1 Tablespoon Dill
Mix all ingredients and chill. This is the best dill dip- worth buying the special Spice Island seasoning!

What are your plans for the Super Bowl? We will be cheering on the Steelers and celebrating birthdays! A Steeler’s win would be a great birthday present for hubby and our nephew!
